Charice, one of the bankable Filipino artists in the United States, is set to return to “The Oprah Winfrey Show” on her birthday on May 11 to promote her debut international album.

In a message sent to, Charice shared her schedule on Oprah’s show.

The schedule was arranged by her manager Marc Johnson.

Initial appearances

On May 12, 2008, Charice first appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show in its episode dubbed the “World’s Smartest Kids.” She sang Whitney Houston’s hit “I Have Nothing.”

The teen singer made her second appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show, September 9, 2008, where Oprah called her “The Most Talented Girl in the World.”

On her second appearance, Charice performed Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” with international musician David Foster on piano.

Her third appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show happened May 18 of last year wherein she performed her first international single “Note To God.”

Meanwhile, Charice received positive feedback after she did an album showcase at SoHo’s Canal Room in New York last April 5.

Charice once again proved her singing prowess and received a standing ovation from the crowd.

Aside from singing some songs of her favorite artist Celine Dion like “My Heart Will Go On,” and “Because You Loved Me, ” Charice also performed her own songs — “Pyramid,” “Reset,” and “Note To God” with her new band.
